Ab5ba is a magazine forum for you, we’re based in the UK but our community is truly global. We are mainly aimed at women aged 15-30 but anyone is free to come and join in the fun. This is a place where you can make new friends, share memes, share videos and generally discuss everything that’s good and bad in the modern world.
Our mission was to create a site that’s fun, accessible and doesn’t take itself too seriously. We also want to provide a platform for anyone to join in on- as one big happy family!
The site was dreamt up by us, sister team, Mel and Kelly (yes our parents really gave us names that rhymed!) We felt that there was nowhere we could discuss every day, high street fashion without it being too catwalk-y, talk about books we loved without it being too serious or stuffy and generally have fun discussing celebs, trends, and movies.
It’s when we were traveling in Asia together that we had the idea. After two months of backpacking, we realized we had no idea what was going on in the world of fashion, celebs, books and music and we couldn’t find a website that offered it all in one, fun place. And that’s when we came up with the idea for Ab5ba! As soon as we got home we began working on it right away and here it is…
This is just the start of the journey for us, and we can’t make this website as big and fun and accessible as we want it to be without your input, so get a cup of tea, and join in with the fun!
